Basic Bb blues.  Trumpet 1 plays the melody then everyone gets an ad lib solo section.  A written solo is provided for each section as well as chord symbols for improvising.  The background figures change a bit in the different sections.

Use the melody provided or substitute your favorite blues head.  Repeat or cut any of the sections as desired.
