This is a brass quintet version of the Ellington/Strayhorn/Mercer classic and is based on the recording
from Ellington's "Jazz Party" album. There is an added trumpet solo and shout chorus (the standard
one). Not too rangy and swings pretty hard (for a brass quintet!). Fun to play and audiences
will enjoy it.
