We felt there was a need for an arrangement of Simple Gifts that was pretty, not too difficult, and not
too far out harmonically for a wedding ceremony. Here it is! The melody gets passed throughout
the quintet and changes keys several times. Except for a couple concert Ab's towards the end, trumpet
range is modest. Piece runs about 3 minutes and should be sight readable by solid amateurs.
