This is a somber song associated with Yom Kippur. The tuba has the melody initially (we suggest that the horn
player conduct through the first section) accompanied by some modern harmonies. The horn takes the melody for
a while as the song really gets rolling, then trumpet 1 takes it home. A very emotional, somewhat artsy
take on the piece.
Listen to a synthesized version.
