An accurate transcription of the classic trumpet duet with brass trio accompaniment in place of
strings. Difficulty level is high (especially for the trumpets!), but adequate rests are
written in all the lower brass parts so as not to be a chop killer. The trumpets are tacet
on the 2nd movement. An alternate embellished horn part for the 2nd movement is included,
if you want to spice it up.
Two complete versions are included: in the original key of C and also transposed down a
step in Bb for a more comfortable trumpet experience.
The trumpet parts are provided for C trumpet & A piccolo for the C version and Bb trumpet & Bb piccolo for the Bb version.
